Compensation (1.0 FTE = 36PCH) - Productivity Model w/2 year Income Guarantee
- Months 1-12:
- $255,132 production (salary, paid twice monthly)
- $25,900 quality/value (quarterly payout)
- Months 13-24:
- $255,132 production (salary, paid twice monthly)
- $25,900 quality/value (quarterly payout, at risk based on metrics)
- Month 25 and Beyond:
- $260,000 production (forecasted, based on $42.60 per wRVU generated) *please note, we are on the newest CMS reimbursements
- $26,000 quality/value (forecasted, 10% of production)

Additional Incentives:
- Starting Bonus: $30,000 (paid at first full pay cycle)
- Student Loan Reimbursement: $18,000/year for up to 5 years (education assistance)
- CME Reimbursement: $5,000/year

Candidates must be BC/BE, be Oregon licensed or eligible and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards. Credentialing will take 60-90 days.
