Enterprise, Downtown and Wallowa Clinic Hours: M-F 8am to 5pm;

Joseph Clinic Hours: T, W, F 8am to 5pm M, TH 8am to 6pm Saturdays 9am to 3pm (rotated among team)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for providing primary care and OB services with c-section, including assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, treating, and educating patients. The provider works closely with other physicians and other clinicians in a team approach to patient care. They must work within their scope of practice as legislated by the State of Oregon.

Practice Highlights:

Our Providers enjoy a quality work life blend in a supportive and engaging clinic practice. Typically working 3 - 4 days per week; our physicians have the option to work in the hospital covering hospitalist duties and the emergency department, if desired. Compensation is based on a daily rate and paid in addition to clinic salary plus wRVU's. OB call is shared and varies; the hospital deliveries about 50 babies per year. In the hospital, you will be supported by an incredible team of dedicated and experienced nurses. CNA's and ED Technicians.

• Nursing Triage
• 5 Physicians, 4 Nurse Practitioners, 1 Physician Assistant
• Surgery Clinic; General, Podiatric and Orthopedic services

Part of an independent and debt free system which includes 4 primary care locations and a 25 bed critical access hospital with top of the line diagnostic Lab and Imaging services, including CT, Mammography, Ultrasound, X-Ray and MRI. Rehabilitation services on campus including physical, occupational and speech therapies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Licensure as an MD or DO in the State of Oregon.
• Board Certification as an MD or DO in Family Medicine with Obstetrics.
• C-section experience and coverage required.
• Current or ability to obtain BLS, ACLS, PALS certification.
• Current or ability to obtain ATLS certification if ED rotation is desired.
• Attend or complete required annual trainings.
• Maintain continuing medical education as required by licensure
