Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist to join our multispecialty team as a general Dermatologist providing medical, proccedural, and optional cosmetic dermatology services in a fully outpatient setting. You'll manage a wide range of skin conditions, from acne and psoriasis to skin cancers, and perform biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and aesthetic procecdures based on interest. With strong internal referrals, in-clinic support, and access to advanced pathology services, this is a solo dermatologist position in a collegial, high-qualitiy setting. Portland's climate and health-concious culture contribute to consistent demand across all dermatologic subspecialties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient dermatologic care across the full clinical spectrum, acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer, and procedural dermatology
- Perform biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and offer cosmetic dermatology services base on provider interest and patient demand
- Collaborate with Primary care and other specialties for integrated care of dermatologic manifestations of systemic conditions.
- Serve as a solo dermatologist with strong support from internal marketing and referral infrastructure
A competitive salary/compensation package is offered, as well as the potential for future partnership. Benefits include:
- Productivity incentives & value-based bonuses
- Compensation (BOE)-$550K (based on 40 hours of patient facing care per week)
- $100,000 sign-on bonus, paid in four installments over first 4 years ($25,000 each)

The department is consists of two providers across two sites. Their patient care is complemented by a full suite of ancillary services including imaging (MRI, CT, Xray, US, Mammography, and Dexa), lab, surgery center, and urgent care via our fully integrated EPIC EMR system.

The group provides centralized services that include quality/population health, Rx refills, and clinical call center and wrap-around clinical services such as behavioral health, social work, diabetes services, and COAG clinic.

BE/BC; Dermatology Ability
To obtain a medical professional license in the State of OR
Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice
