Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $225,000 - $260,000 base salary (higher for highly experienced candidates) plus RVU Incentive Bonus averaging $40,000 - $80,000 annually
- Financial Incentives: $25,000 sign-on bonus, $10,000 relocation assistance, and student loan reimbursement programs

Schedule & Practice Details
- Flexible Schedule: 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts (9 clinical hours + 1 "ghost hour" for charting)
- OB Call Rotation: 1:4 (one day per week, one weekend per month)
- No Weekend or Holiday Clinic Hours
- Team Structure: Work within a collaborative team of 5 providers with a 2:1 MA to provider ratio
- Patient Demographics: Predominantly Hispanic patient population (80%)
- Language Support: All Medical Assistants are Spanish speaking and assist with translation
- Obstetrics Volume: ~450 deliveries per year across the CBHA system
- Scope: Full-scope primary care with obstetrics

Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine with Obstetrics
- Washington State Medical License (or ability to obtain)
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
