Highlights:

· Thrive in a team-oriented environment with two experienced providers. 1:1 ratio of provider to Medical Assistant, along with full complement of support staff.

· Great work/life balance with a weekday, outpatient only schedule with a 1:14 shared phone call rotation, with RN triage. Our acute care hospitals are staffed with Hospitalists to handle any inpatient coverage.

· See a mix of well child and acute care visits in clinic. Opportunity to perform circumcisions, if desired.

· This is a full time position with a 36-hour patient contact time work expectation.

· This is a hospital-employed position with access to a large, existing in house specialty care referral base.

· Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization with newly implemented ambient AI technology (Abridge) available!

Qualifications:

· Graduate from an ACGME accredited residency program.

· Board Eligible/Board Certification required.

· Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

· Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start.

· Must have active BLS certification before starting or within first week of employment.

· The ideal candidate will place a priority on improving lives through compassionate and innovative healthcare and focus on building lasting relationships with their patients as well as strong ties within the community.

Compensation and Benefits:

· Salary: $268,042

· Employment bonus, relocation reimbursement & CME allowance.
