CEMPG is truly a democratic group with a stable contract with Enloe for over 40 years. Partnership offered after first year if a good fit with no buy-in. All ED board-certified physicians work in one location.
About the Job:
- 53 bed ED with approximately 80K visits/year
- 8, 9 or 10 hour shifts available, minimum 10 shifts/month
- Compensation is all RVU based, top 10% compensation nationwide ($400K-450K/year).
- Independent contractor/1099 model
- Average 2-2.5 patients/hr
- No APPs
- Excellent relationship with consultants, extensive call panel and ability to get follow-ups often within days
- We have the strongest nurses and ancillary staff around
- Utilize EPIC
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate is BE/BC Emergency medicine, possesses California State License, has community hospital experience, willingness to work nights highly desired. Fast paced environment, so efficiency a must. Does not qualify for visa sponsorship.
