Enloe Health, a Level II Trauma Center, is currently seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join its hospital-based Gastroenterology practice.

- Two-year income guarantee based on median MGMA total compensation for Western U.S. ($550,000 – $650,000+)

- Comprehensive GI services offered, including:
- Diagnostic, therapeutic, and complex interventional procedures (EUS, ERCP, ESD)
- Capsule endoscopy, esophageal motility, and clinic-based hemorrhoidal banding
- Inpatient and outpatient care settings
- Strong referral base: 800+ referrals per month; approx. 8,500 procedures annually
- Five dedicated endoscopy suites with state-of-the-art equipment and on-site anesthesia support
- Call schedule: 1:5, covering a single hospital
- Current team: 3 Gastroenterologists, 2 GI Hospitalists, 3 Nurse Practitioners, and 1 Dietician
- Physician autonomy and flexible schedule promoting work-life balance
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Eligible for California Medical License
