Benefits:
· First Year Salary Guarantee: $309,420.80based on a 1.0 FTE --- plus opportunity to increase compensation by taking low intensity newborn call.

Requirements:
· M.D. or D.O. or foreign equivalent degree
· Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited U.S. Family Medicine Residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian Family Medicine Residency
· Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon (or ability to obtain unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon prior to hire)
· Certification in BLS, ACLS or PALS required as a condition of employment within 30 days of hire.
