SageWest Health Care in Lander/Riverton, WY is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine - Outpatient Physician to provide services for a population of over 40,000 in Fremont County, Wyoming. This is a great opportunity for the independent who wants a solo practice, but will have great office support, a welcoming community, and a schedule for work/life balance.
