Position Details
Twin County Regional Healthcare, a Duke Lifepoint Hospital in Galax, Virginia (60 min from Winston-Salem and 90 min from Roanoke) is growing with the addition of an employed, part-time Pain Clinic APP to strengthen our established team.

THREE DAY WORK WEEK!
- Outpatient only.
- Current provider 4-5 days a month in office.
- Joint Injections common for day-to-day
- Average 18 patients/day
- 8:00am to 5:00pm. Days are negotiable. Prefer at least Monday and Tuesday when provider is in office.
