Position Details:
- Hospital-employed opportunity
- Location: Conemaugh Physician Group – Family Medicine – Claysburg, PA
- Setting: Outpatient primary care clinic
- EMR: Epic
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Patient Volume: Approx. 18–22 patients per day
- Scope: Full-spectrum Family Medicine across the lifespan
- Collaborative team with physician support
