Physician - Neurohospitalist (Per Diem) - Springfield, OR
Per diem Neurohospitalist physician to join our team (3 physicians and soon to be 4 APC team) and Comprehensive Stroke center at RiverBend Neuro ICU, flexible schedule providing 24-hour coverage at the largest hospital between Portland and Sacramento
Practice Highlights:
- Neurohospitalist work 12-hour shifts in our dedicated Neuro ICU (5 on 5 off)
- Collaborative, and supportive working environment working alongside APCs
- We support a large catchment area in Oregon (5 counties)
- PeaceHealth RiverBend continues our 10thyear of Gold plus recognition
- Dedicated 12 bed Neurocritical care unit
About Springfield
The Springfield and Eugene community is located at the southern end of the Willamette Valley, also known as, Oregon wine country. Two rivers run through the community, the Willamette River, and McKenzie River. The community is Immersed in art, visit local artists, music venues, or enjoy a Broadway play at the Hult Center. Job Summary:
Demonstrates compassion, respect and caring while working within the scope of practice of Physician to provide safe and efficient care to patients and assistance to their families and visitors. Works collaboratively with all other healthcare team members toward the best outcomes for the patient and the organization. Provides professional services to the hospital and its patients. BLS required.
*Per Diem rate: $213.25/HR (Travel and lodging reimbursed)
