Sansum Medical Group Santa Barbara has an outstanding opportunity for a board-certified/board-eligible, fellowship-trained Breast Surgeon to join our growing Breast Surgery Department. This role offers the chance to work within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary oncology program at the Ridley-Tree Cancer Center, one of the region’s premier cancer care facilities.
Position Details
- 100% breast surgery practice — no general surgery call or coverage required
- Collaborative, integrated care model with multidisciplinary specialists
- Participation in weekly breast tumor board conferences
- Work alongside an established breast surgeon and dedicated clinic APC/navigation teams
- Perform surgeries at the state-of-the-art Foothill Ambulatory Surgery Center
You will join a robust oncology team that includes:
- Medical Oncologists
- Radiation Oncologists
- Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons
- Breast Radiologists
- Dedicated navigation, wellness, and patient support services
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
- Fellowship training in Breast Surgery (required)
- Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
- Interest in program growth and clinical excellence
