COMPENSATION & INCENTIVE PACKAGE

• $270,000/yr base salary guarantee with practice ramp up
• Up to $320,000/yr earning potential based on provider production
• Relocation, loan repayment, sign-on bonus structured around what matters most to you
• Loan Forgiveness: Scholars for a Healthy Oregon Initiative (SHOI) and Primary Care Loan Forgiveness (PCLF)

• Join an established Family Medicine practice with a developed outpatient panel
• 100% outpatient-only Family Medicine with no obstetrics

• Shared call responsibilities with no hospital call requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Highly-engaged MD/DO physician, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Passionate about whole-person, community-based care
• Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan
• Excited to join a mission-driven team with strong values and deep community roots
• Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
• Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
• In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
