We are seeking an experienced Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to join our well-established, physician-owned private endocrinology practice in Germantown, Maryland.
The practice has served the Germantown community since 2006 and provides comprehensive outpatient endocrinology care. This role is well-suited for an endocrinology APP who values a flexible schedule and the ability to build long-term relationships with patients.
Position Highlights:
- 100% outpatient endocrinology - no hospital consults or inpatient responsibilities
- Full-time or part-time schedules available
- No evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Collaborative team with strong clinical and administrative support
- Established patient base and strong community presence
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base compensation range: $135,000–$145,000
- Generous PTO and paid holidays
- 401(k) retirement plan with 3% Safe Harbor contribution
- CME allowance
- License and DEA reimbursement
- Malpractice coverage
Qualifications:
- Active Maryland license or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum 1 year of endocrinology experience required
