Job Title: OB-GYN Physician
Location: South Windsor, CT
Schedule: Full-Time, 4-4.5 Days/Week
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB-GYN to join our established, physician-owned private practice in Hartford County. With over 30 years of experience in the community, our group is known for its supportive culture and clinical excellence.

Whether you are an experienced physician or early career, our partners are eager to provide training and/or mentorship, ensuring you feel confident and supported from day one.
- Comprehensive Clinical Scope: Practice full scope OB-GYN. Our patients deliver at Manchester Memorial Hospital which is a community-based hospital featuring a Level II NICU and a newly renovated L&D floor.
- Forward-Thinking Support Team: Benefit from a highly efficient 1:1 MA-to-Provider ratio, supplemented by a dedicated nursing team that manages medication refills, triage, and minor procedures. Our practice is designed to minimize administrative burdens, allowing you to focus on your patients.
- Flexible & Balanced Schedule: We prioritize work-life balance with a 4-4.5-day work week. Our shared call rotation (1:6) is designed to be manageable, and we offer flexibility regarding office locations between our spacious South Windsor site and our satellite Glastonbury office.
