Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)

Location: Rockville, MD
Schedule
This is a full-time position:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Please note: We are not considering alternative or part-time schedules at this time.
Scope of Practice & Responsibilities
- Manage a patient panel consisting of individuals aged 18 and older.
- Providing comprehensive primary medical care, including physical examinations, preventative screenings, and wellness counseling.
- Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic illnesses.
- Ordering, interpreting, and following up on diagnostic tests (e.g., lab work, imaging).
- Developing and implementing evidence-based patient treatment plans.
- Coordinating care with specialists and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintaining accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 2 years of residency completion) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Currently Licensed in Maryland or demonstrate a willingness and ability to obtain a Maryland medical license.
- A Positive Attitude and a genuine passion for continuity of care and building long-term patient relationships.
