Founded by award-winning "Top Doc" Dr. Maia McCuiston, this practice prioritizes a holistic, team-centric culture and clinical autonomy, offering a unique chance to work alongside an exceptional team in a sophisticated urban environment.
- Clinical Scope & Demographic: Provide comprehensive "bread and butter" pediatric care to a diverse panel (birth to age 23) with a focus on newborn wellness and procedures including suturing, I&Ds, and foreign body removal.
- Operational Excellence: Benefit from a highly efficient 1:1 MA-to-Provider ratio and dedicated administrative support, maintaining a sustainable and focused volume of 15–20 patients per day.
- Collaborative Culture: Thrive in a light-hearted, group-oriented environment with a mentorship-rich transition period.
- Work-Life Synergy: Enjoy a no-evening schedule (7:00 am – 4:00 pm) with a flexible call rotation of approximately 1:3 (TBD based on total provider count) and the unique option to trade weekend shifts for mid-week lifestyle days.
