As our community continues to grow, we are seeking a compassionate, forward-thinking Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician who values clinical excellence, professional autonomy, and the opportunity to practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced.
Scope
- Clinical Autonomy & Mature Patient Panel: Establish a robust adult practice (ages 18+) managing a diverse and well-established diagnostic mix.
- Collaborative Multi-Provider Support: Work alongside an expert clinical team of six advanced practice providers (NPs/DNPs) and an on-site Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist. The APPs expertly manage the majority of same-day urgent visits, allowing you to focus your energy on rewarding, complex continuity of care.
- Elite Work-Life Synergy: Enjoy an exceptional quality of life with a predictable, daytime schedule (concluding at 3:00 PM on Fridays) and an unburdened, shared call rotation resulting in fewer than 10 phone calls per week. Clinicians also enjoy future flexibility for a hybrid routine, including 1 day per week of remote telemedicine.
- High-Yield Income & Partnership Track: Benefit from a sophisticated compensation architecture combining a competitive guaranteed base salary with a high-yield wRVU-based productivity model and quality bonuses. This position offers a transparent, structured pathway to independent practice partnership and ownership.
