Position Highlights

• Full-time outpatient position in Same Day Clinic
• No current call responsibilities
• Flexible scheduling focused on provider satisfaction and optimized patient care
• Collaborative work environment with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and community health workers
• Epic Electronic Health Record
• Dragon Ambient eXperience (DAX) Copilot AI-assisted documentation
• Centralized referral management through Curry Health Network's Patient Contact Center
• Advanced imaging and laboratory services available on-site

Patient Care

• Same Day Clinic patient population
• Average patient volume of 17 to 24 patients per day
• Opportunity to help shape appointment templates and workflow
• Focus on personalized, high-quality care
• Flexibility to accommodate meaningful patient visits when clinically appropriate

• Salary based on MGMA median benchmarks
• RVU productivity bonus for performance above MGMA expectations

Qualifications

Required:

• Current Oregon medical license or ability to obtain licensure before start date
• MD, DO, NP, or PA
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (physicians)
