Job Title: OB-GYN Physician
Location: Northern Virginia
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (1:7 Call, moving to 1:8+)
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB-GYN to join Annandale Ob-Gyn, one of the fastest-growing and most successful independent private practices in the Mid-Atlantic. Founded in 2003 by Dr. Anna Le, our practice has expanded to eight modern locations across Northern Virginia, and we are looking for additional physicians to join our team.
- Comprehensive OB-GYN Scope: Manage a balanced 50/50 mix of Obstetrics and Gynecology. You will deliver at Inova Fairfax, the region's largest hospital with a Level IV NICU, and enjoy a broad GYN scope. For those with a surgical focus, we offer dedicated O/R block time and access to advanced robotic training facilities.
- High-Energy, Efficient Practice Model: Our practice is designed for physicians who love being "hands-on" with their patients. We utilize a high-efficiency workflow where providers perform their own ultrasounds and in-office procedures (Hysteroscopy/LEEP), supported by a tenured team of MAs, Midwives, and a dedicated Surgical Assistant. This model maximizes your clinical time and ensures you are never bogged down by extra administrative burdens.
- Elite Hospital & Surgical Access: All of our physicians cover call exclusively at Inova Fairfax, ensuring you are working in a world-class facility with top-tier support. We are a surgery-forward practice; whether you are a seasoned MIGS surgeon or a new graduate looking for robotic mentorship, we provide the volume and the facilities to help you master your craft.
- A "New Standard" for Sustainability: We are actively leveling the playing field with hospital systems. By growing our team to a 1:8 or 1:9 call rotation, we ensure our physicians have a manageable, sustainable lifestyle. Enjoy a flexible Monday–Friday clinic schedule and a guaranteed post-call day off.
- Exceptional Rewards & Retention: We offer one of the most aggressive compensation packages in the Mid-Atlantic. Those coming out of training start with a $330,000 base guarantee. Additionally, you will have a $20,000 annual retention bonus, quality bonus, and highly lucrative production bonus (RVU based).
