Our Opportunity

The successful candidate will join an established Neurology practice providing comprehensive neurological care to a diverse patient population in Beverly Hills and within the broader Cedars-Sinai clinical community.

The position is primarily focused on General Neurology, providing evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and longitudinal management for patients with a broad range of neurological conditions.

The group is particularly interested in candidates who have completed, or will complete, fellowship training that complements the needs of the practice. Neuroimmunology is the group’s first preference, followed by Movement Disorders, and then Clinical Neurophysiology with EMG expertise or Epilepsy training/skills.

This opportunity provides the ability to maintain a broad General Neurology practice while incorporating subspecialty expertise based on the physician’s fellowship training, clinical interests, and the needs of the patient population.

Physicians are also encouraged to pursue their individual professional interests, including neurology- and medicine-related research, education, and other academic or clinical endeavors.

Scope of Practice

The General Neurologist will provide comprehensive neurological evaluation and management, including:

• General Neurology: Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a broad range of acute and chronic neurological conditions in an established Beverly Hills practice.
• Subspecialty Expertise: Incorporate fellowship training and expertise in Neuroimmunology, Movement Disorders, Clinical Neurophysiology/EMG, or Epilepsy into the practice while maintaining a strong General Neurology focus.
• Longitudinal Care: Develop lasting physician-patient relationships and provide ongoing management for patients with chronic and complex neurological conditions.
• Diagnostic Evaluation: Utilize appropriate neurological testing and diagnostic resources to support accurate diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing disease management.
• Collaborative Care: Work closely with primary care physicians, neurologists, neurospecialists, advanced practice providers, and other members of the Cedars-Sinai clinical community to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Professional Growth: Pursue clinical, research, educational, and other professional interests within the broader Cedars-Sinai environment.

Qualifications

We are seeking a physician who brings strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to providing exceptional neurological care.

Candidates must have:

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Neurology
• Completion of an accredited Neurology residency program
• Completion, or anticipated completion, of fellowship training in a relevant neurological subspecialty, with preference given in the following order:
  • Neuroimmunology
  • Movement Disorders
  • Clinical Neurophysiology with EMG training/expertise or Epilepsy
• A current or eligible California Medical License
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical staff, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team
• A strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a busy, high-quality clinical practice

Compensation

Our compensation philosophy is designed to provide a competitive total compensation and benefits package to our physicians. The total pay range shown below reflects the wide range of factors considered when making compensation decisions, including knowledge and skills, relevant experience and training, education, certifications, licensure, and other business and organizational factors.

This total pay range includes incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.

Pay Range: $287,934 – $390,270 Total Cash Compensation
