Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists is seeking a full-time BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join our collegial and highly respected team at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital, a 176-bed award-winning hospital located in beautiful Charlottesville, Virginia.

Position Highlights
- Care Team Model
- Diverse case mix with no trauma, burns, or transplants.
- Call schedule of 1:14 with a post-call day off.
- Shift-based compensation model with expected annual compensation of $489,000+ and opportunities for additional earnings.
- Quality Bonus: $15,000 annually.

Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $388,024.00 - $623,916.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
