Sentara, a nationally recognized nonprofit integrated healthcare system, is recruiting an Arthroplasty Surgeon for Sentara Obici Hospital in beautiful Coastal Virginia. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing service line in a high-need community while practicing with the stability, resources, and collaborative support of one of the region’s most trusted healthcare organizations.

The orthopedic surgeons have support for fracture cases from our highly regarded/ well established orthopedic trauma team.

Offices are located on the campus of Sentara Obici Hospital, a well-equipped 176-bed community hospital, as well as at Sentara BelleHarbour, an ambulatory surgery center with two operating rooms and an expanded emergency department.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $502,070.40 - $640,494.40 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
