Employer

Vancouver Clinic

Vancouver Clinic is the largest physician-owned, multispecialty medical group in the Pacific Northwest. With more than 500 physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other clinicians, we provide primary care, urgent care and more than 40 specialties and services at clinics throughout Southwest Washington and the Portland area — including a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center with robotic technology, a dedicated endoscopy center, imaging, in-house pathology, lab and physical therapy.

We create an environment where every clinician feels valued, included and empowered to do their best work. Our care is evidence-based and patient-first, supported by a strong in-house referral network and close relationships with area hospitals. As a physician-owned group led by a board of physician leaders, new physicians can become owners after two years, and our advanced practice clinicians play an integral role through department leadership and our APC Council.

Life in the Pacific Northwest is part of the draw: excellent schools, great restaurants, vineyards and professional sports, with the Pacific Ocean to the west and the Cascade Range to the east — and Washington has no state income tax. Choose a city, suburban or more rural lifestyle across our many locations. Benefits include a CME allowance, paid malpractice premiums and tail coverage, paid licensure and board certification fees, disability coverage and a generous total-days-off benefit.
