This position offers a unique blend of clinical independence and a supportive, collegial environment in one of Oregon’s most beautiful regions.

The Opportunity: Flexibility & Autonomy

  • Clinical Scope: Full-time outpatient care with a volume of approximately 30 patients per day.
  • Skill Set: While no specific procedures are mandated, we value candidates comfortable with "UC basics" like suturing, casting, splinting, and minor procedures (e.g., toenail removal).
  • Academic Growth: Opportunities for academic involvement are available for those interested in teaching or professional development.

We offer a competitive package designed to support your transition and long-term success:

  • $30,000 Sign-on/Retention Bonus.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Urgent Care or ED FastTrack setting is required.
