As a primary care clinician, you will benefit from the additional support of our Community Health Team, and our Population Health Team for your patients.

Gifford Health Care, in Randolph, VT, an FQHC, along with Gifford Medical Center, a Critical Access Hospital is seeking a well-rounded Primary Care Physician.

As a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) and a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Gifford is well known for its progressive approach to providing primary, specialty, and surgical care to the many communities it serves. Gifford Medical Center in Randolph is the heart of the Gifford Health Care system and has been a hub of high-quality medical care in Vermont for more than 120 years.
