The Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition at VCU is seeking a Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Gastroenterologist to join our team at Community Memorial Hospital, located in the scenic and welcoming community of South Hill, Virginia. Duties & Responsibilities:
Clinical
- Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm schedule
- 10 days call coverage per month (evenings and weekends)
- Additional call pay available beyond 10 days
- 2 days clinic, 3 days procedures weekly
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in gastroenterology from an accredited training program
- Virginia licensure or ability to obtain
- Demonstrated ability to work in and foster an environment of respect, professionalism and civility with a population of faculty, staff, and students from all backgrounds and experiences, or a commitment to do so as a faculty at VCU.
The salary range for this role is $338,883-$592,313 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, credentials, and faculty rank.
