Non-Invasive Cardiology/Advanced Imaging
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist with advanced training and expertise in Cardiac Imaging to join a growing cardiovascular program. The physician will provide comprehensive cardiovascular care in both inpatient and outpatient settings while focusing on advanced non-invasive diagnostic imaging and disease management.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with cardiovascular disease.
- Interpret and perform advanced cardiac imaging studies, including:
- Transthoracic Echocardiography (TTE)
- Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE)
- Stress Echocardiography
- Cardiac CT/CTA
- Cardiac MRI
- Nuclear Cardiology studies (if applicable)
- Participate in cardiovascular imaging program development and quality initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Heart Failure, Cardiothoracic Surgery, and Advanced Practice Providers.
- Provide inpatient consultation and outpatient follow-up care.
- Participate in call coverage as determined by the practice.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Support teaching, mentoring, and research activities when available.
Qualifications
Required
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease.
- Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure.
- Demonstrated proficiency in echocardiography and general non-invasive cardiology.
Preferred
- Advanced Imaging Fellowship training.
- Level II or Level III training in Cardiac CT, Cardiac MRI, Echocardiography, or Nuclear Cardiology.
- Experience with multimodality cardiac imaging.
- Interest in program development, clinical leadership, or research.
