- New Eyes Oculoplastics is part of the Comprehensive EyeCare Partners enterprise which comprises of nearly 65% of the Opthalmic market. These clinics include: NV Eye Surgery, Nevada Eye Physicians, New Eyes, Shepherd Eye Center, and Retina Consultants of Nevada.

CompEye partners with leading ophthalmology practices and gives them the support to grow, including financial planning and analysis, compliance, legal and HR, operations, and physician recruitment and marketing.
The CompEye network spans Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada; Austin, Texas; Zion, Utah; and the greater Seattle area. Compensation is highly competitive, with sign-on and relocation incentives, productivity and retention bonuses, CME reimbursement and a transparent partnership track to equity ownership.
