What you will need
- License: Medical license in the state of IL or pending
- Education: PM&R residency, fellowship a plus
- Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Skills: Spine and MSK procedures
What you will do
- Work with musculoskeletal, sports and spine patients
- Perform spinal interventional procedures
- Serve patients from Endeavor Service Area (Chicago Metropolitan Market)
- Physician will have at least 34 hours per week of direct patient contact
- Physician may be expected to work extended hours
- Flexibility to determine own extended hours (early morning, evenings or weekends)
