We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established outpatient pain medicine practice in Frederick, Maryland.
The incoming APP will work within a collaborative, supportive environment focused on individualized treatment, functional improvement, and high-quality care for adults with acute and chronic pain conditions.
Position Highlights
- 100% outpatient pain management for adult patients
- Full-time or part-time scheduling available; no evenings or weekends
- Conduct new patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and post-operative assessments
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Perform trigger point injections; training provided for candidates without prior procedural experience

Qualifications
- Board certification Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Maryland license, or eligibility to obtain
- 1+ year of post-graduate clinical experience preferred
- Pain Medicine experience strongly preferred; candidates with backgrounds in Primary Care, Orthopedics, Neurology, or Urgent Care are also encouraged to apply
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and communication skills
