Employer

The Oregon Clinic

Independent, Physician-Owned Care Across the Portland Metro

In 1994, physicians from six private specialty practices had a bold idea: join together and build their own medical group, run and owned by physicians. What began as 40 physicians has grown to more than 240 physicians and 110 advanced practice practitioners, supported by over 1,200 team members, caring for patients at more than half a million visits each year.

Our clinicians practice in more than 30 specialties, from gastroenterology, ear, nose & throat and urology to surgery, radiation oncology and, as of 2026, primary care, when Broadway Medical, a Northeast Portland practice that has cared for families for more than 90 years, joined The Oregon Clinic. We see patients in 49 clinic offices across Beaverton, Clackamas, Gresham, Happy Valley, Hillsboro, Newberg, Oregon City, Portland and Tualatin.

Physician-Led, Professionally Managed

Physicians lead The Oregon Clinic through an executive committee and board of directors. A dedicated administrative team handles billing, IT, marketing, benefits and more, so our physicians spend their time on patient care, research and medical leadership. Many of them also serve as medical directors at the Portland area's major hospitals.

A Top Workplace

The Oregon Clinic has placed in the top tier of The Oregonian's Top Workplaces every year it has taken part. In 2026 we received Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards for Innovation, Compensation & Benefits, Purpose & Values, Employee Well-Being, Employee Appreciation, Professional Development and Healthcare Industry.

Our mission is to transform lives across the Pacific Northwest by delivering world-class care with kindness and empathy through our innovative, physician-led ecosystem of care.
