CareConnectMD providers don't practice on a shift basis, so schedules flex around families and other priorities, with no surprise 12-hour shifts and no unpaid after-hours clinic duties. After-hours call coverage support means time off stays uninterrupted. Providers receive a smartphone, laptop and hotspot; a competitive salary with bonus; comprehensive benefits including health and dental, a 401(k), employer-paid life insurance, disability coverage and PTO; an annual CME allowance (a ,500 stipend for physicians, ,000 for nurse practitioners); mileage reimbursement; and paid malpractice insurance and credentialing fees.
