Comprehensive EyeCare Partners (CompEye) is a physician-led ophthalmic management services organization based in Henderson, Nevada. CompEye partners with leading ophthalmology practices and gives them the support to grow, including financial planning and analysis, compliance, legal and HR, operations, and physician recruitment and marketing.

The CompEye network spans Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada; Austin, Texas; Zion, Utah; and the greater Seattle area. It includes more than 100 physicians and 1,200 team members across 11 practices, 48 clinics, 13 optical shops and 11 surgery centers. Partner practices include Nevada Eye Physicians, Shepherd Eye Center, New Eyes, Retina Consultants of Nevada, Sierra Nevada Eye Center, Texan Eye, Eye Associates Northwest, Evergreen Eye Center and the Retina Institute of Washington.

Ophthalmologists who join CompEye practices operate in enterprise-owned, single-specialty ambulatory surgery centers designed for efficiency and surgeon autonomy. They are supported by an in-house marketing team, dedicated physician liaisons who build optometric referral networks, and experienced technicians and staff. Compensation is highly competitive, with sign-on and relocation incentives, productivity and retention bonuses, CME reimbursement and a transparent partnership track to equity ownership.
