LifeLong Medical Care is a nonprofit, Federally Qualified Health Center network that has served the East Bay since 1976. Each year we provide medical, dental, behavioral health and social services to more than 55,000 people of all ages across Alameda and Contra Costa Counties — from Berkeley and Oakland to Richmond, San Pablo and Pinole.

Our health centers deliver team-based primary care built around the whole person. Physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and certified nurse-midwives work alongside RNs, behavioral health clinicians, case managers and social workers, so patients get integrated medical and psychosocial care in one place. We also run Immediate/Urgent Care clinics, women's and reproductive health services, and a Family Medicine Residency Program that trains the next generation of community physicians.
