Care is delivered by Mochi Medical, a physician-owned professional practice, with administrative, technology and operational support from Mochi Health Corp. Mochi Medical's network of board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, registered dietitians and health coaches provides personalized, judgment-free care across obesity and metabolic health (including GLP-1 therapy), dermatology, hormone replacement therapy, mental health, hair loss, longevity and more. Every treatment plan is reviewed by a licensed provider who understands the patient's health history and long-term goals — personalized, not protocol.

Providers practice fully remotely with complete control over their schedules. Mochi Medical includes malpractice coverage, a custom-built, AI-enabled EMR with obesity-specific protocols, and a support team that handles lab testing, prior authorizations, compliance documentation and customer service, so clinicians can focus on patient care. Providers also have access to an optional monthly academic lecture series for ongoing professional development.
