Nolia Health is a Seattle-based, virtual-first health care company founded in 2023 to support older adults living with dementia and other chronic conditions, and the family members who care for them. Through therapy, care navigation and memory testing, Nolia helps families manage a hard journey without going it alone, and most of its services are covered by Medicare and many insurance plans.

Our mission is to dignify family caregiving as a pillar of the health care system. Nurse practitioners at Nolia care for patients and their families by telehealth, in the home, as part of a transdisciplinary team that includes physicians, neuropsychologists, social workers and care navigators. Together they set goals of care, build treatment plans and give families the guidance and education they need.
