About Petaluma Health Center
Founded in 1996, Petaluma Health Center is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center committed to providing care for all in Sonoma County and West Marin. Its mission is to ensure access to high-quality health care for the communities it serves, guided by a community-led Board of Directors.
Patients receive care through a patient-centered medical home model at two large health centers in Petaluma and Rohnert Park and at community health centers in Point Reyes Station and Bolinas. Services span family medicine, maternity and women's care, pediatrics, behavioral and mental health, dental, vision, acupuncture and chiropractic care, with primary care integrated with behavioral health.
Clinicians join a collaborative, team-based practice that values excellence, collaboration, trust and compassion. Petaluma Health Center teaches medical students through its Center for Education in Community Medicine, runs an NP/PA Residency Program, and is a National Health Service Corps approved loan repayment site, all within easy reach of the Sonoma countryside, the Marin coast and the Bay Area.
