Redington-Fairview General Hospital (RFGH) has provided care as an independent, community hospital in Skowhegan, Maine, since 1952. Today RFGH is a 25-bed critical access hospital serving the residents of Somerset County, a primary service area that stretches from Skowhegan to the Canadian border.

RFGH offers inpatient and outpatient services in many specialties, a network of community-based primary care and pediatric physicians and advanced practice providers, and 24-hour emergency care backed by a paramedic-level ambulance service and a LifeFlight helipad. A 60,000-square-foot medical office building connected to the hospital houses primary care, pediatrics, neurology, general surgery, OB/GYN and orthopedic surgery.
