Sun Life Health is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Community Health Center that has served central Arizona since 1976. What began as a single office in Pinal County with one full-time physician now cares for more than 50,000 patients a year, nearly a third of them children, across clinics in Casa Grande, Chandler, Coolidge, Eloy, Florence, Maricopa, Mesa and Oracle.

Our providers deliver primary care, pediatrics, OB/GYN and walk-in care alongside pharmacy, dentistry and integrated behavioral health, so patients receive coordinated, whole-person care in one place. Sun Life Health is a Joint Commission certified Primary Care Medical Home, where physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and certified nurse midwives work together as one team centered on each patient.

Our mission is helping all people achieve their healthiest lives. We are also a teaching organization, with residency programs in Family Medicine, Pharmacy and Pediatric Dentistry.
