Aspirus Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team of dedicated GI professionals in Duluth, Minnesota.
OPPORTUNITY:
- Full-time opportunity with a flexible 4- or 5-day workweek
- No call responsibilities, weekends, or holiday coverage
- Balanced schedule with 3 weeks of outpatient clinic and 1 week of inpatient rounding each month
- Collaborative GI team consisting of physicians and APCs, supported by dedicated LPN, MA, RN, and scheduling staff
- Opportunity to manage a diverse range of gastroenterology conditions, including complex and long-term patient care
- Adult-only patient population
- Previous experience in Gastroenterology, Internal Medicine, or Hospital Medicine is preferred and will support a smooth transition into the role
BENEFITS: Competitive benefits and generous compensation package including relocation assistance, student loan repayment program, and annual CME allowance.
$95,000-$125,000/year. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentive or production-based compensation.
