OPPORTUNITY:
- Personalized clinic and endoscopy schedules tailored to your preferences
- One clinic day per week with a strong focus on procedures
- Modern Endoscopy Center with 4 procedure suites
- Dedicated ERCP suite, ERCP/EUS is a plus but not required
- Clinic, Endoscopy Center, and Hospital all connected for seamless care
- Call schedule target of 1:5
- EPIC EMR
BENEFITS & COMPENSATION:
- 2 Year Guarantee - $700K base salary with option to move to a Production Compensation Model after year one. $81.56/RVU Conversion Factor
- Up to $75K starting bonus
